We have a
Patagonia outlet in town, and every few months they have a 50% sale on everything in the store. Normally outdoor-loving, granola-crunching, soy-milk drinking everyday people turn into Gore-Tex stealing crazies. Hundreds of people show up for the sale and leave with armfuls of ski gear, Caplilene long underwear and lovely, lovely fleece.
That's my downfall, a pile of 50% off fleece that I can bury myself in will cause me to whip out my credit card and purchase $300 worth of the recycled plastic bottles. If I were an article of clothing, it would be a fleece jacket. The one that you pull on after being in the snow all day, or after swimming in a mountain lake, as the sun goes down.
